"Tim and his team are absolutely amazing! I've been a State Farm customer for close to 40 years and Tim has been my agent for just over 30 of that; ever since I moved to Kansas. I have never had a bad experience in all that time. I've always been treated as a valuable customer whether I was broke scraping together change to pay each month or paying 6 months at a time. He has never tried to sell me coverage I don't need and has even suggested ways of reducing premiums. Every time I talk with Tim to ask questions about a vehicle change, something else or he's called me it's like a conversation with an old friend. I have NEVER had an issue with claims, whether hail damage, a baseball through my car's back window, or reimbursements for tow service. Just last week I had to get a tow (what prompted this review). I emailed him the receipt and received the reimbursement check by mail within days, no push-back no questions asked. I have a multi car, homeowners insurance and jewelry policies all with Tim. While I used to compare rates regularly, it's almost never now because nobody else can ever get within hundreds of dollars for my current 6 month rates and even if they could offer a significantly better price I don't know how I could get better customer service so changing company's or agents just wouldn't be worth it."

"Excellent agent and wonderful staff. I was involved in an auto accident in Missouri two years ago and didn't know whom to call, etc. Tim's card was in my wallet so I called him to ask what to do. I had never met him prior to this. He said, "I'll be right there", and in about 15 minutes, he showed up, notified the KCMO police and ordered a tow truck and told them to take my car to the Lexus body shop. He then drove me to the car rental place and stayed with me until they found a suitable car. Great Service!!"
